Frequently Asked Questions about Adora Event Rental:

Q-How far in advance should I reserve my chair covers and linens?
A- As soon as you can! Due to our very competitive pricing and quality, we do
book up very quickly. To assure that you are able to get your first choice, it is best
to reserve them as soon as you decide on the style that you like. We will do our
best to accommodate you whenever you decide to reserve your chair covers.

Q- What steps do I need to take to reserve my linen order?
A- You can either call or email your order to us. We will draw up a linen contract
and send it out to you immediately. All the instructions for the reservation will be
enclosed in the packet including an addressed postage paid envelope to return the
signed contract and deposit in.

Q- What are the deposit requirements?
A- The deposit is one half (1/2) of the entire total of your estimated order.

Q- When is my balance and final count due?
A- 10 days prior to your event the final guest count is due. You can increase or
decrease your guest count by 10% only. This assures that we will have the
accurate amount of stock for all contracted clients.

Q- Does Adora deliver and Set up?
A- Yes! Depending upon your event location, the delivery/pickup fee is normally
$35.00. Setup Fees range from $1.25 -$2.00 per chair. The price depends on the
style of setup that you would like and the policies of your event location. You may
also set the chair covers up yourself.

Q- How will the chair covers arrive?
A- Our chair covers, ties, and linens are all on ties, and wrapped in plastic linen
bags. Or chair covers are not folded in any way and will arrive to you 100%
wrinkle free!

Q- Can I pick up and dropoff?
A- Yes! We will work out a pickup and dropoff time that works with your busy
schedule.

Q- How can I tell if your chair covers will fit?
A- It is best to just ask us about the chairs at your specific location. We have
worked at many places in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky and know
many of the chairs that are available. Ultimately, the client is responsible for
assuring the chair covers fit on your particular chairs.

Q- How can I see a sample of your linens and chair covers?
A- We are available by appointment only and will be happy to set up a time that
you can view our items.

Q- What method of payments do you accept?
A- We will accept cash, check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, and American
Express.

Q- What is the rental time period?
A- All rental items are a one day rental. Weekends are considered a one day
rental.
